Website use
The Zyvron website is provided for informational purposes. Website content explains Zyvron’s managed AI revenue recovery service and does not create a paid client relationship by itself.
Enquiries and revenue recovery reviews
Submitting an enquiry, WhatsApp message, email, or revenue recovery review request allows Zyvron to respond and discuss whether the service may fit your business.
Service scope
Any service scope, onboarding steps, workflow responsibilities, payment terms, billing, cancellation terms, timelines, and reporting expectations will be confirmed separately in writing before onboarding.
Client responsibilities
Client must provide accurate services, pricing, availability, policies, and handoff rules. Zyvron relies on the information provided by the business to set up enquiry responses, follow-up paths, routing, and reporting.
AI-assisted responses
Zyvron uses AI-assisted workflows for repeatable enquiry response, follow-up, and reactivation tasks. AI-assisted responses should be based on the business information and handoff rules provided by the client.
Human handoff
Human handoff is required for sensitive, legal, medical, payment, complaint, emergency, or high-risk queries. Zyvron is not intended to replace business judgment or specialist advice.
No revenue guarantee
Zyvron does not guarantee specific revenue results. Recovery estimates are illustrative and depend on enquiry volume, customer response, business offer, staff handling, and other factors.
Sensitive enquiries
Sensitive enquiries should be routed to the business team. For clinics or healthcare-related businesses, Zyvron is not a medical advice system and should only support enquiry handling, appointment-related follow-up, and routing.
Payment, onboarding, and cancellation
Payment, onboarding, and cancellation details are confirmed separately in writing before service starts. Website content does not define a refund period, cancellation window, service-level agreement, or warranty.
